Do I need to install boundary wires?
No. EdgeWise uses onboard vision and guided mapping to define zones and no-go areas. Walk your yard once with the app and you are ready to mow.
What happens if my yard is larger than my plan's included area?
Additional area is billed at $2 per month per 0.05 acre over the included coverage, per mower. You can monitor your mapped area in the app at any time.
Can I add more mowers later?
Yes. On Property Manager and Commercial Pilot, each additional mower is added at the plan's per-mower monthly rate. Hardware pricing stays the same.
What is RTK precision and do I need it?
RTK (Real-Time Kinematic) corrections improve positioning accuracy in yards with heavy tree canopy or complex layouts. Most residential yards work well without it. Available as a $15/month add-on per mower.
Is there a contract or commitment?
The monthly software subscription is billed month-to-month. You can cancel at any time — the mower hardware is yours to keep.
What does next-business-day replacement cover?
On the Commercial Pilot plan, if your mower has a hardware issue that cannot be resolved remotely, we ship a replacement unit to arrive the next business day. Standard warranty repair timelines apply to other plans.
